Iowa transfer guard Joe Toussaint is set to visit West Virginia this weekend, as first reported by Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports. Toussaint entered the transfer portal on March 30.

Toussaint (6-foot, 190 pounds) received interest from West Virginia’s coaching staff last Friday.

Toussaint spent three seasons at Iowa under head coach Fran McCaffrey, appearing in 98 games. The Bronx, NY, native started in 21 games for the Hawkeyes, averaging 4.3 points, 1.7 rebounds and 3.2 assists. Toussaint had a 2.3 assist to turnover ratio this past season. Toussaint shot 42 percent from the field, 25 percent from three and 83 percent from the free-throw line.

Toussaint will have two years of eligibility remaining.
