Oregon State Transfer Dashawn Davis Commits to Mississippi State

On Sunday afternoon, Oregon State transfer Dashawn Davis committed to Mississippi State. New MSU head coach Chris Jans put Davis as a high priority to get and did just so.

Davis (6-foot-2, 185 pounds) made the announcement on Twitter.

Davis played one season at Oregon State after a stint at Trinity Valley CC (JUCO). The Bronx, NY, native averaged 10.9 points, 3.1 rebounds and 5.5 assists for the Beavers. Davis shot 46 percent from the field last season.

Davis entered the transfer portal on March 25 and will have two years of eligibility remaining.
