Just weeks ago, former UIC and Iowa State player Zion Griffin entered the transfer portal.
Since entering the portal, Griffin told TPR that he has heard from Tennessee State, UTEP, Bryant, Buffalo, Georgia Southern, Southeast Missouri, UC Riverside, and Wright State. Last season for UIC, he averaged 11.1 points per game, hitting 51% of his field-goal attempts. Griffin has one year of eligibility remaining.
