Indiana transfer Rob Phinisee announced on Tuesday that he will decide between Butler and Cincinnati.

Phinisee (6-foot-1, 187 pounds) spent four seasons at Indiana under both Archie Miller and Mike Woodson. Phinisee was a consistent starter under Miller, while his minutes were cut down during his senior season by Woodson. The Indiana native averaged 4.5 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.7 assists this past season. Phinisee will join either Butler or Cincinnati and play his final year of eligibility at that school.
