Thank you for choosing TPR Inc. for your college basketball and football transfer portal subscription needs. Before making a purchase, please review our refund and cancellation policies outlined below.
Refund Policy:
We strive to provide exceptional service and content to our customers. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, refunds are only issued under specific circumstances:
Access Issue: If you encounter technical difficulties preventing access to the subscribed content despite reasonable attempts to resolve the issue with our support team, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us promptly at [support email] with relevant details for assistance.
Non-Access Issue: If you have successfully accessed the subscribed content but choose not to utilize it, refunds will not be provided.
Cancellation Policy:
For Scout and Fan subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription under the following conditions:
Within 7 Days of Purchase: Requests for cancellation made within 7 days of the initial purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to matt@theportalreport.com with your cancellation request and any pertinent information.
After 7 Days of Purchase: No refunds will be provided for cancellations requested after the initial 7-day period.
How to Request Refunds or Cancellations:
To request a refund or initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at george@theportalreport.com. Provide your order details, including the purchase date and subscription type, along with a brief explanation of your request.
