On Sunday afternoon, Northwestern State picked up two transfer commitments from former Missouri State players, as Demarcus Sharp and Jamonta Black both decided to continue their careers for the Demons.

Black, a 6-foot-4 guard, played last season at Missouri State, averaging 8.7 points per game and shooting 41% from the field. Sharp, a 6-foot-3 guard who also played for Missouri State, scored five points per game and shot 42% from the field.
