Wake Forest, Colorado State and Others Reach Out to Marquette Transfer Greg Elliott

Marquette transfer guard Greg Elliott told The Portal Report that he has heard from nine programs since entering the transfer portal.

Cleveland State, Colorado State, Eastern Michigan, Illinois State, Miami (OH), North Florida, Pacific, Wake Forest and Western Michigan have all reached out to Elliott.

Elliott (6-foot-3, 185 pounds) spent four seasons at Marquette, under head coaches Steve Wojciechowski and Shaka Smart. Elliott appeared in 28 games for the Golden Eagles averaging 7.0 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists. The Detroit native shot 39 percent from the field, 39 percent from three and 89 percent from the free-throw line.

Elliott has one year of eligibility remaining.
