On Monday night, former Stetson standout guard Chase Johnston committed to Florida Gulf Coast, he told The Portal Report.
Johnston is a 6-foot-3 guard who averaged more than 15 points per game last season for Stetson. The Boca Raton, Florida native shot 41% from the field, and 40% from three-point range this season.
Johnston was last year’s ASUN Freshman of the Year, and as a sophomore, increased his production to an even higher level. This season, he hit 99 threes, ranking near the top in the entire nation.
