Memphis defensive lineman Kayode Oladele has entered the transfer portal after three years of action with the Tigers. The former four star recruit chose Memphis after originally committing to Florida State and then Auburn.

The redshirt senior appeared in 11 career games for the Tigers, tallying one tackle for loss in 2020. Oladele recorded action in a career-high eight games that same season, en route to an 8-3 record for Memphis and a victory in the Montgomery Bowl.

In 2019, the Nigeria native was a member of the AAC Championship team that made an appearance in the Goodyear Cotton Bowl versus Penn State.

Oladele has also seen success in the classroom, earning two selections to the American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team.

With one year of eligibility remaining, Oladele will look for a new program as he finishes his collegiate career.
