SELF SCOUT

What are Samoura’s strengths?

“Attacking the basket and playing with athleticism. Foul trouble. Any role needed; versatile. A defensive pest. I am a long guard with a good shooting stroke and next level athleticism who does all the little things to help the team win. Weak side blocks are an underrated skill; averaged the most in the state of NC and NJ aside from 7 footers.”

What did he learn at his past school?

“That I can work and gain skills that I need for the next level.”

Three Non-Basketball Related Interests

Biology, Pre-Med, and family.

Samoura told TPR he has heard from the following schools in the past few days since entering the portal: Cal U of Penn, Mercyhurst, Davidson, Bucknell, Lehigh, Colgate, Brandeis, NYU, IUPUI, University of Chicago, Central Connecticut State, Amherst, Cornell and Florida Southern.
