LSU QB Jayden Daniels was the top transfer performer of the week.

Another college football week in the books and more transfers making a huge impact. Here are some standouts from week eight that stood out to me.

1. QB Jayden Daniels, LSU

During a win over previously unbeaten Ole Miss, Daniels (Arizona State) completed 21 of 28 passes for 248 yards and two touchdowns. He also rushed for 121 yards and three touchdowns on 23 carries.

2. RB Dae Dae Hunter, Liberty

The Hawaii transfer rushed for 213 yards and one touchdown on 23 carries and had four receptions for 31 yards during a 41-14 victory over BYU.

3. QB Bo Nix, Oregon

Nix (Auburn) completed 22 of 28 passes for 283 yards and five touchdowns, while also rushing for 51 yards during a 45-30 victory over previously unbeaten UCLA. He’s been exceptional since the game one loss to Georgia.

4. WR Malik Heath, Ole Miss

While suffering their first loss of the season at LSU, wide receiver Malik Heath (Mississippi State) had eight receptions for 145 yards and was dominant.

5. QB Michael Penix Jr., Washington

The Indiana transfer completed 36 of 51 passes for 374 yards and two touchdowns in a win over Cal.

6. WR Charlie Jones, Purdue

The Iowa transfer is back on track with 10 receptions for 105 yards during a 35-24 loss to Wisconsin.

7. LB Ivan Pace Jr, Cincinnati

The Miami-Ohio transfer had a team leading nine tackles, two tackles for a loss and two sacks during a 29-27 victory over SMU.

8. DB Mark Perry, TCU

Perry, a Colorado transfer, had seven tackles and one pass breakup during a 38-28 victory over Kansas State.
