According to a report by Pete Thamel of ESPN, Notre Dame quarterback Drew Pyne will enter the transfer portal after three years with the program.
Pyne started 11 games this season as a redshirt sophomore for the Irish, completing 164 of his 254 passes for 2,021 yards and 22 touchdowns. Pyne threw only six interceptions, and finished the season with a 155.3 passing efficiency rating.

Pyne led the Irish to an 8-2 record in games he started this season.
The New Canaan, Connecticut native was a four-star prospect out of high school, ranking as the No. 8 pro-style QB in the country and the No. 225 overall player in the class of 2020.
