One of the top wide receivers to enter the transfer portal before the FBS window opened up was Jimmy Horn Jr., a former USF pass catcher.
Horn is a 5-foot-10, 174-pound speedster out of Sanford, Florida, who caught 67 passes for 959 yards and four touchdowns across his two-year career in South Florida. This season, he caught an average of 3.4 passes per game, gaining 50 yards through the air per contest.
On Sunday, Horn narrowed his list of offers down to four schools, Colorado, Penn State, Houston, and Texas A&M.
Most notably, Colorado makes the cut just days after hiring Deion Sanders as its newest head coach. Penn State had the best season out of any of his final teams, going 10-2 so far under James Franklin. Houston went 7-5, and Texas A&M finished 5-7.
