With fantasy football gaining more and more popularity, we take a look at TPR’s top fantasy scorers from Saturday, with No.1 officially reaching the top of the TPR fantasy rankings for the first time this season.

  1. Thomas Castellanos BC QB: 40.12 PTS

Saturday most of the attention was devoted to former UCF QB Dillon Gabriel with his huge win at the RRR, however, a different UCF transfer, Boston College’s Thomas Castellanos was the highest scoring fantasy player in the nation. The Eagles game planned for rainy weather, and Castellanos clearly got the memo, gashing Army on the ground for 142 and four touchdowns. As a high school senior Castellanos rushed for 23 touchdowns, and he has continued to showcase his athleticism in his first six collegiate games as a starter, rushing for 500 and seven TDs to start the year.

  1. Devin Neal Louisville DB: 34.7 PTS

Last season as a member of Wake Forest, Sam Hartman had his worst game of his career against Louisville. Baylor transfer Devin Neal made sure that felt like the case again Saturday night. Neal went for 8 tackles and tacked on two interceptions in the 33-20 Cards win. Hartman threw three interceptions and fumbled twice, bringing his turnover count in the last two games against Louisville up to 11. Neal was a star for the Cards defense, helping to lead them to a huge home win.

  1. DJ Uiagalelei Oregon State QB: 33.8 PTS

Former 5-star Clemson commit DJ Uiagalelei had his best start with Oregon State on Saturday. In his sixth start for the Beavs, Uiagalelei exploded throwing for 275 yards and five touchdowns. DJ completed 76% of his passes in a 52-40 OSU win over Cal and will look to stay hot with a tough UCLA team coming to town this weekend.

  1. Prince Dorbah Arizona State DL: 28.05 PTS

Dorbah did everything he could to help a struggling Sun Devil team, and although his efforts were not quite enough, the Texas transfer was a monster for ASU all game. Dorbah tallied 3.5 tackles for loss along with 2.5 sacks, putting pressure on Shedeur Sanders and the Buffs all night long. In the end CU prevailed, however ASU may have found a new star off the edge in Dorbah.

  1. Ismail Mahdi Texas State RB: 26.2 PTS

Mahdi continues to be everything the Bobcats could have asked for and more to start the season. The sophomore HCU transfer sits sixth in TPR’s fantasy rankings after six weeks, and he continued to boost his totals with another outstanding game. Mahdi rushed for 188 and a touchdown in a tough loss at Louisiana and will look to continue to dominate when Texas State takes on UL Monroe Saturday.
