Entering day four of the college basketball season, we’ve seen plenty of transfers performing well with their new teams. Arkansas G Khalif Battle has flown under the radar with his performance against Alcorn State.
Battle finished the night with 21 points, three rebounds and two assists in 19 minutes off the bench for the Razorbacks. Battle, a Temple transfer, shot 5-of-9 from the field, connecting on a trio of threes. Battle also shot 8-of-9 from the free-throw line.
Battle is one of Arkansas’ transfers from this past offseason’s highly-touted class. If Battle can provide a spark plug off the bench, the ceiling for this Arkansas team is high.
