Throughout the summer and into the season, Michigan’s transfer class received criticism as the Wolverines struggled to land a quantity of players. Michigan picked up Tennessee forward Olivier Nkamhoua in early June. Nkamhoua, as well as Alabama transfer Nimari Burnett, have helped get Michigan off to a 3-0 start.

The Wolverines capped off a great start with a win over the Red Storm in Madison Square Garden. Michigan is showing promise of competing in the top half of the Big Ten this season.
