Top Ten Big 12 Transfer Stars

A conference that has seen loads of success in the last five seasons, the Big-12 is looking strong as ever this season. With Baylor and Kansas bringing national championships to the conference in 2021 and 2022 respectively, the Big 12 is looking to get back on top after a year off. The ten transfer stars below are making waves in their first season with the Big 12, listed according to TPR’s fantasy point system.

Hunter Dickinson, Kansas: 43.6 FPTS/G

  • The highest rated transfer of the 2023 class, Dickinson has done nothing but live up to the hype with Kansas.
  • The seven-footer is averaging 20 and 13 including multiple monstrous rebounding performances over 20.

Kadin Shedrick, Texas: 40.2 FPTS/G

  • An incredibly athletic stretch forward, Shedrick has showed out for the Longhorns through five starts.
  • The former Virginia Cavalier is averaging 22 per contest to start 2023.

Jesse Edwards, West Virginia: 37.8 FPTS/G

  • Despite a slow start for the Mountaineers following the departure of long-time head coach Bob Huggins, Edwards has been a beast for WVU.
  • The senior center is averaging 15.8 ppg and 10.7 rpg, both would be career highs.

Rayj Dennis, Baylor: 35.2 FPTS/G

  • Following a line of spectacular Bears guards, Dennis has shown the potential to be yet another great for Scott Drew.
  • The Toledo transfer is averaging 16 points to go along with seven dimes a game through six starts at Baylor.

Jaylin Sellers, UCF: 34.6 FPTS/G

  • Sellers and UCF are the only new Big 12 school represented on this list.

Javon Small, Oklahoma State: 29.3 FPTS/G

  • Small is slashing 14/5.6/5.6 to start his Pokes career.
