Following a career-year from the former Duke running back, Waters finished his fifth season as a Blue Devil with 1,690 rushing yards, 23 rushing touchdowns, on 333 career attempts before joining the Wolfpack earlier this offseason.

7.) Marcus Carroll – Missouri

Leading the Georgia State running back group in 2023, Carroll had a career-best campaign with 1,350 rushing yards to put him over 2,000 for his career, 13 rushing touchdowns, and even got involved in the passing game with 23 receptions before joining Missouri.
