With all the crazy moves in the transfer portal this offseason it is hard to narrow down the best moves. Top teams like Ohio State, Ole Miss, Tennessee, and many others are stocking up on top tier talent. Below, I rank my ten favorite portal decisions, and the top spot may be a bit of a shocker.

10. Quinshon Judkins, Ohio State RB

The Buckeyes rushing attack in 2024 will have BIG-10 defensive coordinators in fits. To put it quite simply, Ohio State is getting an absolute beast in Judkins. The sophomore tailback has carried over 270 times in each of his first two seasons and rushed for a total of 2,725 yards. Not only have his yardage totals been unbelievable, but he also has 31 touchdowns in his career. Judkins is essentially impossible to bring down on first contact. Expect him and TreVeyon Henderson to be a dominant backfield in 2024.

9. Caullin Lacy, Louisville WR

Jamari Thrash was a brilliant addition to the Louisville offense last season. Heading into 2024, I believe Caullin Lacy can see the same kind of success. Lacy has only gotten better as his college career has gone on. Caullin jumped from 291 to 813 yards from sophomore to junior year. Last year during his senior season, Lacy exploded for 1,316 yards and seven touchdowns.
