6. Jordan Clark, Notre Dame DB

What an impressive recruiting job Marcus Freeman has done with Notre Dame. Following the departure of Brian Kelly many Irish fans feared for the worst. However, Freeman has righted the ship in a hurry, and he did it again with the landing of Jordan Clark. After five seasons in Tempe with Arizona State, Clark made the decision to transfer to Notre Dame. The senior has 97 tackles in the last two seasons. In addition, Clark snagged two interceptions last season, including a 38-yard pick six.

5. Silas Bolden, Texas WR

Texas loses a lot of firepower in their receiving room this offseason. With stars Adonai Mitchell and Xavier Worthy announcing their decisions to enter the NFL draft, the Longhorns were in serious need of receiver help immediately following the end of their season. Luckily for Horns fans, Coach Sarkisian went out west and landed a stud in Silas Bolden. An All-Pac-12 second team selection as a return specialist, Bolden is a Swiss army knife on the field. The 5-8 junior runs great routes and glides in the open field. He tallied 746 yards and five touchdowns during his best season at Oregon State in 2023.
