Amier Boyd-Matthews, DB (UTEP)Â
After combining for 12 total appearances across two seasons in El Paso, TX, Boyd-Matthews matched that with 12 appearances in 2024 for 16 total tackles, five defended passes and a pair of interceptions. Since, he’s received interest from Big 12 programs like Arizona and was even recently offered by the staff at Texas Tech as reported by The Portal Report.
Malik Charles, DL (West Georgia)
In the Wolves first season of Division I football it was Charles leading the program in sacks with a statline of 33 total tackles, 10 for a loss, three quarterback hurries and seven sacks. With the two-time transfer putting together a career-best campaign, he tells TPR he’s been receiving interest from programs such as Mississippi State, Texas A&M, Cal and more.
