4.) Chance Moore – St. Bonaventure
The Third Bonnies transfer portal addition on this list, Moore is a former top-100 prospect who began his career at Arkansas before two season’s at Missouri State averaging 10+ PPG. Within Schmidt’s rebuilt roster, Moore has been heavily relied upon to lead the interior and has only flourished with improved minutes averaging career-highs of 15.6 PPG and 6.8 RPG. He’s proven a two way talent as well, managing 1.8 STLPG and 1.6 BKPG which is best highlighted by a performance at Canisius where Moore had 27 points, six boards, three blocked shots and two steals.
3.) Isaiah Swope – Saint Louis
While Avila has dealt with his injuries, another Indiana State transfer in Swope has been able to keep the Billikens competitive by averaging 17.4 PPG, 2.9 RPG and 5.4 APG. Behind Jimerson, he’s currently Saint Louis’ second-leading contributor while fourth in the Atlantic 10 in assists and 15th in assists/turnover ratio. Following 24 points and five assists in a season opening loss to Santa Clara, Swope’s most notable showing came against MAAC-favorites Quinnipiac with 30 points, six assists and two steals to lead a win.
