No.5 Texas vs No.4 Arizona State (+13), at the Peach Bowl, 1/1, 1:00 EST on ESPN

For the Longhorns:

Health plays a crucial role in the success of a championship squad every season. The same remains true for Texas. Coach Sarkisian hopes to get back Isaiah Bond, the explosive receiver who transferred from Alabama this offseason. Bond ranks third on the team in receiving despite injuring his ankle in the SEC Championship. Sark labeled him as a gameday decision. Matthew Golden, a Houston transfer, leads the way in receiving yards and touchdowns with 787 and eight. On the defensive end, Clemson transfer Andrew Mukuba leads the secondary. He accounted for three total tackles and a pass breakup in the team’s opening round win over his former school.

For the Sun Devils:

Transfer quarterback Sam Leavitt wants to prove something to the nation in Arizona State’s quarterfinal matchup. Leavitt, who said people have counted him out since day one, is looking to show his ability as a QB surpasses that of his counterpart, former five-star recruit, Quinn Ewers. The Sun Devils, another double-digit underdog, will be without Colorado transfer Jordyn Tyson, who suffered a season-ending injury in the season finale against Arizona. However, the dynamic Cam Skattebo appears more than capable of carrying a significant workload. The senior rushed for 170 yards and two touchdowns in the Big 12 Championship game while adding 38 receiving yards and another score.
