LSU Transfer C Jerrell Colbert Takes Official Visit to Kansas State

Although Colbert did not play a big role at LSU, he has plenty of upside and was ranked as one of the top 130 prospects in the nation just two years ago.

While he hasn’t coached a game yet, this recruiting win is a significant one for Tang.  With Colbert, he gets the ball rolling and shows he can go out and recruit transfers in such a short amount of time. Tang came to Kansas State after a 19-year stint on the Baylor staff, becoming an elite recruiter, developer, and overall coach. Now, with the keys to his own program, Tang is ready to lead the Wildcats back to the tournament.
