Wichita State Transfer Ricky Council IV Considering Arkansas, Kansas and Others

Wichita State transfer Ricky Council IV has cut his list down to six schools. Council IV is considering Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia Tech, Iowa State, Kansas and Mississippi State.

Council posted his list on his Instagram on Tuesday afternoon.

Council (6-foot-6, 205 pounds) spent two seasons at WSU, appearing in the 2021 NCAA Tournament as a first four team. Council stepped up this past season for the Shockers, averaging 12.0 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.1 steals in 28 games. The Durham native shot 44 percent from the field and 85 percent from the free-throw line.
