After five seasons and a decorated career for the Big Green, Dartmouth quarterback Derek Kyler has entered the transfer portal. Kyler earned All-Ivy League Third Team honors in 2021 en route to a second conference championship for the Big Green.

Kyler capped off his career in Hanover in dominating fashion, throwing for 1,972 yards and 17 touchdowns with just one interception. The Dartmouth signal caller ranked first in the country in TD-INT ratio (17-1) and second in completion percentage (.707), a program record.

The DeKalb, IL native etched his name in the Dartmouth and Ivy League record books, setting career benchmarks in completion percentage (.693) and passing efficiency (164.55). The two-time Ivy League champion tallied 4,409 passing yards, 42 touchdowns, and just six interceptions over three seasons of playing time.

As Kyler seeks a new destination to finish his career, he will have one year of eligibility remaining.
