RANKINGS: Top 10 Football Transfers Still Available

Published

on

It’s June so the transfer portal has slowed a bit. And the remaining talent isn’t like it was back in December or even a month ago. But there are still good players looking for homes. Here’s my top 10 available.

1.. WR Deion Smith – LSU – There have been rumors regarding Ole Miss for awhile now but I’m hearing academic issues could land the talented receiver at JUCO for a reset.

2. WR Javon Baker – Alabama — He had his home at Kentucky but the Wildcats dropped him and I’m hearing it’s an academic issue so not sure where he lands. Keep an eye on Maryland here.

3. OL Jonah Miller – Oregon — It’s Arizona, Arizona State, USC and Colorado last I heard and I expected him to land back in his home state by now. The silence is interesting.

4. DB Daymon David – Oregon — Kansas, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, Duke, Tulsa and UConn are all chasing Florida State and Auburn it appears.

5. WR Koy Moore – LSU — Auburn keeps being mentioned but but a few schools like Arizona State, Colorado, Washington and Colorado State are all in the mix it seems.

6. OL Jazston Turnetine – South Carolina — He scheduled visits to Michigan State, Florida State and Houston, but a timetable for a final decision is unknown.

7. LB Aaron Willis – Tennessee — Willis recently took a visit to West Virginia and is also considering North Carolina and it will likely be down to these two.

8. DB Miguel Edwards – Western Kentucky — Interest has been steady for Edwards since he entered the portal, with some of the more active schools being Louisville, Iowa State, SMU, West Virginia and TCU.

9. OL Clay Webb – Georgia — Auburn, Penn State, Baylor, Troy and South Alabama have been mentioned and a return to Georgia also isn’t out of the question. But he’s been quiet.

10. OL Dayne Shor – Alabama — It would be a surprise if he ended up anyplace but UCF at this point.
