Transfer Portal

Ranking the Top Offensive Linemen in the Portal

Published

on

Big men in the transfer portal are a hot commodity but there are still some talented offensive linemen available who haven’t made their decisions public.

Jonah Miller – Oregon

Soon after he entered the portal, USC, Colorado, Arizona and Arizona State were mentioned as possible landing spots. However, the last few weeks have been relatively quiet. So who is still involved?  The aforementioned schools are all still in the picture, with the Wildcats being the most aggressive. Other schools to keep an eye on include Washington State, Oregon State and Utah.

Clay Webb – Georgia

Webb was not very public about his high school recruiting process and has maintained that same way of thinking while in the portal. So there remains plenty of mystery about who is seriously involved after almost two months in the portal, but a few schools to keep an eye on include Auburn, Penn State, Baylor, Troy and South Alabama. A return to Georgia also isn’t out of the question.

Dorian Hinton – Middle Tennessee

Hinton picked up offers from Oklahoma State, Washington State, Kansas, Arkansas State, FAU and Bowling Green since he entered the portal. However, he is currently somewhat of a wildcard as his last offer arrived in February and everything has slowed down it appears.

Issiah Walker — Miami

Walker was a recent entry to the portal and FAU immediately became the favorite. Buffalo, New Mexico State, Western Kentucky and Louisiana Tech are also interested but I doubt he leaves the state.

Toryque Bateman — Troy

Bateman has offers from Bowling Green, Akron, Florida A&M, Grambling, Bethune-Cookman, Delaware State, Mississippi Valley State, Eastern Illinois, Morgan State, Tennessee State, Towson and Alabama A&M and he will visit Akron and Bowling Green after dead period ends as he likely ends up in the MAC.
