Through seven weeks, there have been many transfers in the Big 12 that have shined for their new teams.
Let’s check out TPR’s top five Big 12 transfers so far.
1. Donovan Smith – Houston
Jones has been a stud for the Cougars so far, throwing for 1,600 yards and 13 touchdowns, while also racking up four touchdowns rushing.
2. Austin Booker – Kansas
Booker, a Minnesota transfer, has 31 tackles so far this year, including 23 solo. He has eight tackles for loss and five sacks as well for the Jayhawks.

3. AD Mitchell
Mitchell, the prized Georgia wide receiver transfer, has caught 25 passes for four touchdowns and 354 yards through seven weeks, proving his importance to the Longhorns’ offense.
4. Emory Jones
Jones has been solid for the Bearcats despite a tough start to the year. He has thrown for 1,300+ yards and 11 touchdowns while also rushing for 350+ yards and three touchdowns.
5. Treshaun Ward
Ward, a Florida State transfer, has four touchdowns on the year: two rushing, one passing, one receiving. He also has 345 rushing yards on the year.
