Big Name Quarterbacks Hitting Transfer Portal EARLY!

Although the transfer portal is still not yet open for all football players, there have already been more than 400 players who have either entered (grad transfers, players whose coaches have been fired) or pledged that they will enter when it opens.

Let’s take a look at the top quarterbacks in the portal so far, including some huge names that entered on Thursday, November 30.


DJ Uiagalelei, Oregon State

Uiagalelei has been linked to Oregon and Florida State so far, per On3. His former head coach Jonathan Smith also recently accepted the Michigan State HC job.

Dante Moore, UCLA

Moore was a five-star prospect just one year ago. He appeared in nine games as a rookie, completing 54% of his pass attempts for 1,610 yards and 11 TDs. He threw nine interceptions.

MJ Morris, NC State

Morris spent two seasons in Raleigh, completing 56% of his passes this season in four games played. He threw for 719 yards, 7 TD, and 5 INT this season.

Andrew Body, Texas Southern

Body was a big-time performer for Texas Southern for two seasons prior to this year. He decided to redshirt this season, only appearing in one game, after a shoulder injury did not completely heal.
