2. Jo’Quavious Marks, Mississippi State RB
After four seasons with the Bulldogs, Marks is maybe the most battle tested ball carrier in the country. The Atlanta native grinded through 410 carries to rack up 1,883 yards and 22 touchdowns. Despite playing in the air raid system that MSU deploys, Marks was a vital piece to the offense, supplying a crucial change of pace. Marks enters the transfer portal looking for a final collegiate season that brings winning and an increase to his draft stock.
1. Lajohntay Wester, Florida Atlantic WR
The leading career fantasy scorer according to TPR’s fantasy point system, Wester reaches the top of the list of available FLEX players in the transfer portal. At just 5-11 167 pounds, Wester has provided unreal production for the Owls offense. Fans thought he was getting to his peak after back-to-back seasons of over 60 catches with 700 yards in 2021 and 2022.

However, Wester was just getting ready to explode. The unranked high school recruit was out of this world for the Owls in 2024. He went for an astounding 108 catches, 1,168 yards, and eight touchdowns. In addition, Wester was No.2 nationally in punt return touchdowns and received a first team all American selection from the Football Writers Association. Wester has already received offers from Colorado, Pitt, and Auburn with many more big names on the way.
