With the Hooisers off to a 10-3 start on the season, the former top-100 prospect and Oregon recruit is averaging 14.9 PPG, 8.9 RPG, and 1.5 BKPG as Indiana’s second-leading scorer while contributing a double-double versus Kansas.

14.) Jamarii Thomas, Norfolk State

The UNC Wilmington transfer has been critical to the Spartans early season success, averaging a team-leading 17.8 PPG, 3.8 APG, and 2.4 STLPG, dropping 31 points in a win over Illinois State in December.

T-12.) Fardaws Aimaq, Cal

FPTS/G: 34.5

The two-time WAC Defensive Player of the Year has spent time at Mercer, Utah Valley, Texas Tech, and now Cal where he’s averaging a double-double of 16.4 PPG, 10.6 RPG, and 1.1 BKPG, ending 2023 with 17 points and 14 boards against Arizona State.

T-12.) Jaylon Tyson, Cal

Another former top-100 prospect, Tyson arrived at Cal after seasons at Texas and Texas Tech, now averaging a team-leading 19.7 PPG, adding 7.4 RPG, and 3.4 APG, despite a shaky start to head coach Mark Madsen’s tenure in Berkeley.
