8. Jakeen Harris, North Carolina S

Throughout his five years at NC State, Harris showed an incredible example of a player who takes advantage of his opportunities. Despite receiving little playing time his freshman year, he showed out when he did, as showcased by his team high eight tackles in the game where he received the most snaps. Harris only continued to get better during his career with the Wolfpack and if it were not for a season ending injury suffered week 1 of 2023, Harris was due for another great season. Look for Harris to have an immense impact on a Tar Heel defense that has struggled as of late.

7. Domani Jackson, Alabama CB

A former five-star recruit and the number one player from California in the class, Jackson’s USC career never found its footing. Jackson’s new head coach Nick Saban has built a reputation as a DB whisperer, sending an unbelievable amount of defensive back talent to successful NFL careers. Jackson heads to Tuscaloosa looking for a new start, and Saban’s unique DB whispering ability could have Jackson skyrocketing up NFL Draft boards by the end of the 2024 season.
