4. Deshawn Pace, UCF S
Although Pace is listed as a safety, this star transfer is all over the field. Pace has played snaps at linebacker and safety and has done both exceptionally. His sophomore season for Cincy was unbelievable. Not only did he rack up 95 tackles, two passes defensed, and four interceptions, but he also recorded half a sack and a blocked field goal. On top of all that, Pace showed up for the best game of the season when it mattered the most with nine tackles in the semifinal loss to No.1 Alabama. Gus Malzahn has been cooking in both recruiting and the portal, and the addition of Pace is another piece to a puzzle starting to come together for UCF.

3. KJ Jefferson, UCF QB
The first of two huge transfer commitments for Malzahn and UCF, KJ Jefferson was as dynamic as they come during his time at Arkansas. Despite struggling in his final season with the Razorbacks, Jefferson was still highly sought-after by many top programs following his decision to transfer. Jefferson ultimately decided on the Knights and is hoping to get back to when he was at his best in 2021 and 2022. In those two seasons, Jefferson threw for over 5K yards, 45 touchdowns, and just nine interceptions. In addition, Jefferson used his legs for 1,304 and 15 touchdowns in that two-year span.
