15.) Sieh Bangura, RB – Minnesota

Career FPTS: 391.70

In Bangura, the Golden Gophers are getting a young and fairly inexperienced running back who’s found a ton of early success in his career, highlighted by a 2022 campaign that saw 1,078 rushing yards and a career-high 13 rushing TD’s from the Ohio transfer.

14.) Dymere Miller, WR – Rutgers

Four seasons of hacking it out with the Hawks in the CAA has led to Miller’s first power-5 opportunity after a career-year from the Coatesville, PA native with 1,293 receiving yards on 90 receptions, finishing the season with a team-leading nine touchdowns.

13.) Chandler Rogers, QB – Cal

Career FPTS: 397.60

Following two seasons at Louisiana-Monroe and one as a starter, Rogers was explosive for North Texas in 2023 with over 3,300 yards passing, a career-high 29 passing touchdowns, and a completion percentage of 64%.
