20.) Jayden McDonald, LB – Indiana

Career FPTS: 352.25

Following a career-year from the Troy transfer in which he managed 75 tackles, 9.5 for a loss of yardage, a defended pass, a forced fumble, and even a fumble recovery, McDonald has done a little bit of everything during his four seasons as a Torjan.

19.) Tommy Schuster, QB – Michigan State

Career FPTS: 363.84

As we learned in our Q&A with an NIL agent, power-5 programs are often more interested in acquiring a proven veteran transfer than developing a young quarterback. After five seasons at North Dakota with three and a half as the starter throwing for 63 career passing TD’s, Schuster fits that bill for the Spartans.

18.) Marcus Carroll, RB – Missouri

Career FPTS: 370.70

Leading the Georgia State running back group in 2023, Carroll had a career-best campaign with 1,350 rushing yards to put him over 2,000 for his career, 13 rushing touchdowns, and even got involved in the passing game with 23 receptions before joining Missouri.

17.) Peny Boone, RB – Louisville

Career FPTS: 371.20

Two seasons at Maryland followed by two more at Toledo saw Boone earn the 2023 MAC Offensive Player of the Year award for a season in which he rushed for 1,400 yards and 15 touchdowns on less than 200 attempts.

16.) Elijah Sarratt, WR – Indiana

Career FPTS: 371.40

Just a single season at James Madison as Jordan McCloud’s top target with a team-leading 82 receptions, 1,191 receiving yards, and sitting second on the roster in TD’s with eight, has put Sarratt on the map with his first power-5 opportunity.
