A top transfer quarterback prospect has set an official visit for this upcoming weekend.
Holy Cross transfer Matthew Sluka will take an official visit to UNLV this upcoming weekend, per source.

Sluka is the reigning Patriot League Offensive Player of the Year after posting monster numbers with the Crusaders. Last year, the 6-foot-3 signal caller threw for 1,723 yards and 20 touchdowns with just five interceptions. The past two seasons, Sluka’s rushing numbers increased dramatically as well. In 2022, with 203 carries, he rushed for 1,234 yards and 11 touchdowns, while in 2023, with 186 carries, he rushed for 1,243 yards and nine touchdowns.
After entering the portal, Sluka heard from a long list of programs that included schools all over the Division One ranks.
UNLV recently added a commitment from Campbell transfer QB Hajj-Malik Williams out of the portal.
More than 2,000 division one players have entered the college football transfer portal this year, and more than 1,200 are still available.
