T-6. Jamison Battle, Ohio State F: 14.2 PPG
Jamison Battle is on his final stop after two transfers. He started his career with George Washington where he averaged double figures, however struggled mightily in terms of 3P%. After another year at GW followed by two seasons at Minnesota, Battle is averaging a career high 3P% in his first year with the Buckeyes. Battle hits from three at an incredible 45.5%. He has scored 20 plus three times this season and shot over 50% from deep each time.
T-6. Kel’el Ware, Indiana C: 14.2 PPG
The Oregon Ducks lost Kel’el Ware to Indiana after giving the big man 15.8 minutes per game last season. Now, he is a probable first round pick, and making his mark in a center dominant Big Ten. The seven-footer is unbelievably athletic with a great shooting stroke. Ware shoots over 40% from three this season. He is dominant on the glass, averaging 9.4 rebounds. If Ware can start to shoot at a more consistent level, he will have a chance to make his way into lottery pick territory. Ware’s incredible raw ability combined with his untapped potential will have NBA GMs taking a close look at the end of the Hoosiers season.
