4.) RaeQuan Battle – West Virginia
Following stints at Washington and Montana State, the two-time transfer is finding minutes for the Mountaineers where he’s averaging a team-leading 15.6 PPG through just 14 appearances this season. While West Virginia has managed just an 8-16 record with only three wins in Big 12 play, Battle announced himself to the Mountaineer fans with back-to-back 29-point efforts over Radford and Toledo, and more recently led a win over Kansas with 23 points.
3.) Jaylin Sellers – UCF
In Central Florida’s first season of Big 12 contention, the Knights have found some limited success, batting to a 13-10 record that’s featured wins over No. 3 Kansas, No. 22 Oklahoma, and Texas. Leading the charge for this fairly new look Knights roster has been Ball State transfer Jaylin Sellers who’s averaging a team-leading and career-high 17.0 PPG with 23 appearances, highlighted by an 18 point effort to help upset Kansas.
