No.6 (No.4) Penn State- AJ Harris, CBÂ
-
HMs- Julian Fleming, Jalen KimberÂ
AJ Harris committed to Georgia as the No.2 cornerback in the country and the best player in Alabama. After receiving minimal snaps in Athens, Harris decided to transfer to Happy Valley.Â
Harris has thrived in his first season under coach James Franklin. Harris leads Nittany Lion corners with 26 total tackles on the season. He ranks second on the team in passes defended with four.Â

No.5 (No.2) Ohio State- Quinshon Judkins, RBÂ
-
HMs- Caleb Downs, Will HowardÂ
The two-headed monster of TreVeyon Henderson and Quinshon Judkins has provided nightmare fuel for offensive coordinators all season long.Â
After an incredible two seasons with Ole Miss where Judkins rushed for over 2,600 yards combined, the Alabama native transferred to Ohio State.Â
Judkins has been a workhorse for offensive coordinator Chip Kelly and Head Coach Ryan Day. The junior tailback averages six yards per carry thus far to the tune of 723 yards and eight rushing touchdowns.Â
In addition, Judkins continues to show his ability to make a difference in the passing game, with 102 yards and a touchdown through the air.
-
No.4 (No.12) Boise State- Cameron Camper, WRÂ
-
HMs- Davion Banks, Jeremiah EarbyÂ
Cameron Camper leads Boise State with 40 receptions and 665 yards, and ranks second with four receiving touchdowns. Â
Although Ashton Jeanty has been the story for the Broncos this year, and deservedly so, the threat of Camper on the outside keeps defenses honest.Â
Boise State surpassed BYU as the fourth best conference champion in Tuesday night’s rankings, catapulting them to the fourth seed.
