15. Rod Heard II, Northwestern DB: 325.80 FPTS

After receiving his only power-five offer from Northwestern, Heard II had plenty to prove when he arrived on campus. He delivered for the Wildcats, and after a five-year career with three as a starter, hits the transfer portal looking to raise his draft stock.

14. Isheem Young, Ole Miss S: 329.75 FPTS

Despite an injury shortened 2023, Young has shown an ability to compete at the highest level, both with Ole Miss and Iowa State. Expect the senior to have a major impact for a top program in 2024.

13. CJ Brown, Northern Illinois S: 336.90 FPTS

Brown had his season cut to just three games due to an injury in 2023. However, his full potential was on display in the 2021 season when Brown racked up 107 tackles and an interception for a touchdown.

12. Jalen Catalon, Texas DB: 337.90 FPTS

The decision to transfer to Texas following four seasons at Arkansas was shocking to many Hogs fans. After receiving limited opportunities with the Horns, Catalon is in the portal again, and a trip to Fayetteville is causing speculation about a potential return to Arkansas.

11. Yam Banks, South Alabama S: 346.85 FPTS

The South Alabama Jaguars have lost an immense amount of talent on both sides of the ball and Banks adds to the list. The safety had a whopping six interceptions in 2022 including one that he took to the house, good for First Team All-Sun Belt.
