
4.) Jamal Mashburn Jr. – Temple
Mashburn has been the offensive spark plug behind Temple’s 8-5 record, averaging a team-leading and career-high 20.1 PPG which is tied for 14th nationally in scoring. Since his arrival in Philadelphia, Mashburn has only scored below 20 points five times in 13 appearances including opening the season with 26 points against Sacred Heart and 25 points over Monmouth.
3.) PJ Haggerty – Memphis
With the Tigers bolstering a 10-3 record and a spot at 21st in the AP’s College Basketball poll, Haggerty and the rest of Penny Hardaway’s transfer class have been leading the charge. However, it’s Haggerty leading the offensive effort averaging a career-high 22.1 PPG which is second in the AAC and good for seventh nationally.
